Russell has seen and experienced the complete evolution of tooling design, development and fabrication. From plaster spline mockups to mahogany wood masters and from blueprint / mylar to electronically transmitted data (CATIA, IGES, AutoCad, etc.) Tooling fabrication capabilities include: room temperature laminate fixtures to high-temperature epoxy molds, aluminum and steel matched dies for compression molding to forming and stamping dies.
